Refund policy

Once an item is purchased and received we will only issue store credit. Unless there is an error on Victorio’s Vanity end a refund may be given. Store credit is only allowed if the item is unworn and not damaged. If you have an issue with your item you have two days to email our support team. This is due to the how fast Victorio’s Vanity moves through inventory. All clearance and accessory items are FINAL SALE.
